.b Mindfulness for Schools


How can mindfulness work in my school?
.b, pronounced [dot-be], is the UK’s leading mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds in schools. .b stands for ‘stop and be’, a simple practice at the heart of this ten lesson course.

Each .b lesson (between 40 minutes and 1 hour) is expertly crafted for use in the classroom to teach a distinct mindfulness skill. The .b materials are designed to engage even the most sceptical of young minds.

Option 1:  10 week dot b programme
This programme is suitable for 11- 18 year olds
and consists of ten forty minute lessons. The dot be programme is evidence and researched
based, the programme is a taylored version of the original Mindfulness based stress reduction
course originally developed by Jon Kabat Zinn.

Option 2: Self care for teachers.
This workshop is suitable for small or larger groups with a interest in how mindfulness can help teachers manage stress and look after themselves.

Option 3: Introduction to mindfulness
This workshop will introduce mindfulness and demonstrate how a different meditations can be included into your day. Also includes handouts and audios.
