After a long career as a secondary school teacher I decided to pursue a different path. I always had a keen interest in wellbeing and mindfulness so it was natural to further my education in Mindfulness.
On a personal level mindfulness has helped me to live life at a slower pace and be more present in my life. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness to others.
I teach 8 week MBSR courses, introductory courses and corporate mindfulness and am trained to teach the .b program as part of the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
